Le 17 novembre 2017, Pink Floyd Records rééditera 'A Collection Of Great Dance Songs' et 'Delicate Sound Of Thunder' en vinyle. Il s'agit du premier Best Of et du premier album live du groupe remasterisés pour le support vinyle. Depuis deux ans, Pink Floyd Records réédite l'intégrale studio du groupe en versions vinyle 180g. remasterisés. Tous ces albums ont été remasterisés à partir des bandes studio analogiques originales et reproduisent fidèlement les artworks d'origine. Il en va de même pour ce best-of et cet album live. Enregistré lors de cinq concerts au Nassau Coliseum de Long Island en août 1988, 'Delicate Sound Of Thunder' est célèbre pour avoir été le premier album rock joué dans l'espace.
